Premium Sea View RoomThe Premium Sea View rooms. These comfortable and spacious hotel rooms stand on the large stretch of beach in between the hillside and the restaurants next to the Koh Chang Pool Villas. In the Premium Sea View Rooms you will find many things that were still "missing" from our Deluxe Sea View rooms. Things like a personal safe, a Big screen TV with DVD player, a tea / coffee / noodle soup maker, a much larger terrace, even more peace and quiet and the best location right on the sand of Lonely Beach. In the premium sea view rooms you will get an excellent view no matter on which floor you stay. Due to the increased demand from families with teenagers, we completed the C buildings with interconnecting doors between a double bed room and a twin bed room, so that families can stay close but still enjoy a certain amount of privacy.

Premium Sea view Garden hotel room

Premium Sea View RoomThe Premium Sea View Garden rooms. Remarkably similar to the Premium Sea View Beach rooms on the north side of the restaurant and lobby, but different in the way that these rooms offer even more privacy, especially on the top floor, and that these Premium Sea View Garden rooms only come with double beds, because we think of them as the more romantic rooms in the Siam Beach Resort. The reason that we offer these rooms in the B buildings at a better rate is due to the fact that their location is a bit more remote than most of our other accommodations and they only get a partial Seaview. Although these buildings do stand on the actual beach, there is a small trench in front of those B buildings where a small river flows during the rain season, which will have to be crossed to being able to lie down on the sand. From the room to the sea is not more than 30 meters, but note that the top floor rooms have a back side entrance which will make a small detour to get to the beach necessary. Things like a personal safe, a Big screen TV with DVD player, a tea / coffee / noodle soup maker, a large terrace and a great beach and sea view are standard as well. Deluxe Pool view hotel room

Deluxe Sea view room aka Superior Beach front room A room that fits all: The Deluxe Pool View room. The deluxe rooms offer a excellent view of the swimming pool and the beach and partially of the sea behind it. The Deluxe Pool View rooms are fully equipped with an air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, ceiling fan, hairdryer, desk, tropical bathroom with warm water shower, separate toilet and separate wash up corner. The hotel rooms on the second floor all have double beds and half of the hotel rooms on the ground floor hold twin beds. Breakfast for two, daily maid service with change of towels, plus all taxes and service charges are included in the room rate of a deluxe pool / sea view room. New!! Hill Top Bungalows

Only recently completed, these Deluxe bungalows are already proving to be a winner with many walk-in guests. Built on the hill just behind our Deluxe Pool / Sea View rooms and Premium Sea View Garden rooms, in a authentic jungle setting, many offer excellent views of the bay, while only 50 meters from our famous beach. The Lonely Beach Hill top bungalows are quipped with all the comforts you might need for a perfect beach vacation. There is Air-conditioning, a warm water shower, a modern wester toilet, a 32 inch TV with satellite (although currently mostly Asian channels), a large wardrobe, a very comfortable king sized bed and a excellent balcony where you can even hang you hammock. Hill Side Bungalows

Hill side bungalows on Ko ChangWhile upgrading our entire beach resort a couple of years ago, we must have overlooked some of the old hillside bungalows at the cliff on the far end of Koh Chang's lonely beach. These rather cheap bungalows with astonishing view used to be our flagship accommodations, as they were the only bungalows that came with an air conditioner installed. Many of these Hill side bungalows overlook the entire lonely beach and bay and these huts with a seaview provide extra privacy to it's guests, especially since it's a bit of a climb to get to them. There is a compulsory New Year's party charge of 2000 baht per person on Dec. 31st and a Christmas dinner charge of 1500 baht per person on the 24th of Dec. There is a 50% discount on these special celebrations charges for children under 10 years old and no charge for toddlers under 5.

About the Special Internet Rates, discounts and seasons

The only way to get a bargain on your hotel room is by booking a Beach Pool Villa, Premium or Deluxe hotel room or any of the great bungalows on the hills in the Siam Beach resort during the low season which runs from the first week of June through the end of October. During the high season the special internet booking rates are fixed, except on in the days around Christmas and New Year's and the days of the Thai New year, which is better known as the Songkran festival on 13, 14 and 15 of April and other long weekends that are listed above. During those holiday periods hotel rates in Thailand rise to a premium level, as these are the days in which all Thais take a vacation and visit the Thai islands and beaches en masse.
